My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved. The noise from traffic was a bit bothersome, and check-in process was slow with some confusion about room assignments. On the bright side, the balcony provided a nice view of the mountains and easy access to the central restaurant area.

The rooms, although with a balcony and view of the mountains, weren't very clean, with dust in corners here and there. They were a bit noisy due to traffic sounds and the check-in process was slow with confusion about room allocation.

The service at the hotel was nice, friendly, and simple. The staff were helpful all the time and even directed us to a good nearby restaurant. They were exceptionally polite and courteous.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring popular tourist destinations like Innsbruck, Imster Bergbahnen coaster, Blindsee, Piburger see, and Highline179. It was conveniently situated in the mountains near transit, making it easy to move around.

The dining experience was one of the best during my two-week holiday. Breakfast offered a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, fruit, bread, and even made-to-order eggs each morning. It was a truly satisfying meal.
